PROJECT OVERVIEW
Solara is a premium sunscreen brand dedicated to delivering high-performance sun protection with a focus on skin health and everyday comfort. Designed for those who embrace the sun, Solara provides advanced formulas that shield against harmful UV rays while nourishing and hydrating the skin. 
The objective was to create an experience that feels both elevated and approachable, expressed across both branding and packaging. A visual identity designed to reflect its premium positioning in the sunscreen market while remaining welcoming and accessible. With a goal was to design a brand that stands out on the shelf and integrates into modern daily skincare routines.
SOLUTION
My approach was to develop a sleek, minimalistic visual identity that conveys a sense of everyday luxury in sun protection. Sun-inspired elements, found in the logo and the warm gradient used on the packaging—reinforce Solara's focus on protection and care, without leaning into a clinical aesthetic. The use of clean sans-serif typography, generous negative space, and a clear visual hierarchy creates a box that is both functional and visually appealing. The result is a luxurious practical design solution for daily skin care that feels essential, and stylish for the modern consumer.
